Above all, thanks to the network of companies and research centers with which it collaborates, Biopox has contributed to developing:
A device based on PEDOT (Poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) PSS (poly-styrene-sulfonic acid) on cotton fiber that uses POXA1b laccase for the direct detection of Tyrosine (L-TYR) in human biological fluids;
A device for cancer in vivo diagnosis and therapy based on Lab-On-Fiber technology. The principle of this innovative technology is to equip the optical fibers with complex micro and nanometric structures which can be suitably functionalized to make the fiber a multifunction miniaturized probe.
Biopox supplies the acquired skills available to its customers for the development of new Biosensors.
Biopox has acquired a deep knowledge of the problems related to preparation of the technical report, thanks to many years of experience in the manifacture of medical products for industry and to the collaboration with companies in the dermatological and ophthalmic sector.
